REDEMPTION PROCESS

  1. Customer buys the product/s and scans the QR code as printed on the pack,
  2. They are directed to the registration page of the dedicated website created for this offer and enter all the details as mentioned on the registration page and also the alphanumerical number as printed inside the pack,
  3. They will receive an instant SMS confirming receipt of the details along with an OTP. They go to the claim page, enter the OTP and enter the correct UPI ID and submit.
  4. In case wrong UPI details are submitted and the amount is not accepted by the payment gateway or if their UPI is blocked or if there is some bank server issue or if their wallet linked to the submitted UPI exceeds the balance limit, the amount will not be credited to their account.
