Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to this cash-back promotional offer (“Promotional Offer”) for the customers, which is sponsored and brought to you by HFL Foods (“HFL”) and conducted by RewardPort (“Partner agency”) on the different SKUs (together referred to as “Products”) calling out this offer on the package as per the terms and conditions mentioned herein and the package. In terms of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the pack and these terms and conditions, the terms herein mentioned shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
To be entitled to the Offer, the participants need to buy the product and enrol themselves in the Promotional program.

The participants have the option to withdraw from the Promotional program at any point in time.
The Promotional Offer is a limited-period offer valid only in India subject to the availability of the Products. Promotion is open to citizens of India only and persons above 18 years of age.
This Promotional Offer entitles the customer with cashback credited to a UPI linked account. The value of the cash will be Rs. 10/- or 20/-. The amount will be credited to the respective Bank Account thru UPI ID or Amazon wallet as per the details received by the customer. Customers shall be required to read, understand and accept the Cashback voucher(s) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner's end.
The cashback cannot be redeemed or exchanged for another Gift. Also, it cannot be re-validated after the expiry date.
Maximum 20 voucher will be accepted during the validity period of the offer and can be redeemed per person, mobile number, email ID, UPI wallet and IP address. This Promotional Offer is not valid for Heritage Foods Limited employees and RewardPort promoters, retailers, employees, Distributors or any other channel partner.
The Cashback amount will be credited within 24-48 hours subject to all the details submitted are correct and valid, but in case of public / long holidays and weekends, the amount will be credited on the next working day.
In no event, UPI partners be liable for any abuse or misuse of the cash due to the negligence of the customer. Knowingly/unknowingly
The details of the UPI-linked bank account have to be entered by the customer themselves. If the customer enters incorrect details, the Voucher will be assumed to be used and cannot be revised.
Once the customer submits the UPI details it cannot be modified.
If the Voucher is lost, misplaced or stolen, a new Voucher will not be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner. Duplicate Voucher will not be issued.
Heritage Foods Limited or UPI partners shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using the Cash reward. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the Voucher, cash reward and the credentials mentioned on it.
UPI partners may change voucher (add to, delete, or amend) its terms from time to time without any prior intimation.
Each Voucher is strictly a one-time usage code, the customer is solely responsible for incorrect usage of Voucher.
By participating in the Promotional Offer, the participant agrees to allow HERITAGE FOODS LIMITED RewardPort to contact the participant for this Promotional offer. Further, the participant agrees that the data received during the Promotional Offer by RewardPort may be used or shared with Heritage Foods Limited for any further analysis / promotion or marketing communications. The participating customers may, at the request of HERITAGE FOODS LIMITED participates in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to HERITAGE FOODS LIMITED. for using their name and image in promotional material. Such participating customers agree and consent to Heritage Foods Limited to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, Out of Home Media point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
The decision of HERITAGE FOODS LIMITED or its Partner Agency, as regards the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
No queries, claims, disputes, complaints or grievances about the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by HERITAGE FOODS LIMITED and its Partner Agency beyond the closure of the Promotional Offer date i.e. _________’25
The cashback cannot be exchanged and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash/discount or equivalent.
The use of UPI Partners name in these terms and conditions is only to explain the terms and conditions hereof and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of UPI Partner in Heritage Foods Limited. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between Heritage Foods Limited and UPI Partner Voucher, except that both entities have a principal-to-principal relationship.
This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any dispute, the Courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction. All issues with regards to the Cash Back will be handled by Rewardport and Reward port will be solely responsible to settle the same. However, Rewardport shall not be responsible if any Dealer, Reseller or Bulk Purchaser tries to claim the cash back which they are not eligible for.
